Requirements

  • Proven experience in the food/hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build High Performing Teams: As an Area Coach, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams by hiring and training the best Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), Assistant General Managers (AGMs), and Shift Managers. You will lead by example, promoting talent within the organization and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience: We believe in providing a world-class experience for our customers. In this role, you will model Customer Mania and coach RGMs to exceed our operations and quality standards. You will swiftly resolve customer complaints while maintaining positive relations, ensuring that every guest leaves our restaurants satisfied.
  • Facilitate Strong Financial Understanding: Apply your expertise in financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance of our restaurants. Support RGMs in driving sales and deliver consistent feedback to enhance profitability and operational excellence.
