About The Position
RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as an Area Clinic Manager, providing clinical and administrative leadership for the assigned FOH clinic.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
- Ability to work at the Jacksonville, FL duty location
Nice To Haves
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and government or regulated healthcare operations is preferred
