About The Position

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a driven and strategic Area Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-branch territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating with branch operations to deliver workforce solutions. The Area Business Development Manager will act as a liaison between new clients and the Ōnin team, building partnerships for long-term success and community impact. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
  • Knowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Proven ability to build and grow strong client relationships.
  • Adaptable, strategic, and results-focused.

  • Staffing or service industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive branch sales efforts across the territory to support profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business through outside and inside sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with local branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.
  • Generate and manage leads through the entire sales cycle.
