About The Position

The Emeline and Ryder showcase the best that the historic city has to offer, marked with thoughtful surprises and a creatively curious nature. This leader possesses the ability to inspire a team, understands how all hotel operations departments are intertwined, and achieves operational results. Daily duties include organizing and overseeing daily hotel operations. This position requires an individual to be extremely organized, have a keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work with different aspects of a business.

Requirements

  • Prior experience highly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the property, rooms, amenities, etc.
  • Approachable, patient and thoughtful personality
  • Remain open in communication to ensure fairness and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and hold team accountable
  • Oversee the guest experience and problem resolution
  • Empower and develop direct reports and team members
  • Drive guest satisfaction scores and social impression
  • Track financial and confirm operational tasks are complete
