Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15–18+ years of experience in application architecture and platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI architectures at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and conversational AI platforms.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience architecting distributed, highly available, and security-first systems.
- Experience driving enterprise PoCs, pilots, and large-scale rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Experience defining AI governance, evaluation frameworks, and lifecycle management.
- CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code leadership.

Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise GenAI architecture strategy, including LLM selection, RAG patterns, vector stores, orchestration, and AI governance.
- Architect secure, scalable, and highly available AI platforms across cloud environments.
- Evaluate and select new LLMs, frameworks, tools, and vendors; drive PoCs and architectural decisions.
- Prompt engineering design / analysis and evaluation
- Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for GenAI adoption.
- Partner with security, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure responsible AI implementation.
- Guide senior engineers and teams on complex architectural challenges.
- Provide technical leadership in executive and cross-organization forums.
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, technology strategy, and long-term platform evolution.
