Requirements

5+ years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience.
3+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.
Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel when necessary.
Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle).
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Perform work in accordance to safety guidelines and job specifications.
Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs.
Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).
Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members.
Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work.
