Requirements

10+ years in U.S.-based architectural design (hospitality, multifamily, or commercial).
US Bachelor’s degree required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Proficient in Revit.

Responsibilities

Guide junior designers; ensure quality work and team growth.
Manage multiple projects independently from design through CDs.
Lead projects through entitlements, resolve issues, support production.
Align goals, lead meetings, represent the firm with clients and agencies.
Navigate zoning, codes, and entitlement processes; attend city meetings and site visits.
Apply new tools, materials, and methods to improve design outcomes.
Clearly present design ideas and project updates to clients, consultants, and agencies.
Create cohesive, technically sound plans, elevations, sections, and specs.
Manage time well; deliver on schedule and on budget.
