About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Travel to job sites across Southern California, with occasional travel to other regions and out-of-state locations.
  • Represent PPM with professionalism, interacting with clients and site contacts while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Use cutting-edge scanning tools and software to document As-Built conditions of all kinds of properties: single-family homes, apartments, offices, retail buildings, hotels, schools, and more.
  • Safely access rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces when required, documenting all aspects of a structure.
  • Collaborate with your team through phone, email, and regular check-ins to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of every set of As-Built plans.
