Hidden Talent is recruiting a full-time, on-site Revit Drafter / Architectural Technician on behalf of Work Architecture to support project teams through high-quality drafting, Revit modeling, and construction documentation. This role is heavily production-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and helping improve standards across the office.

Requirements

2+ years of Revit-focused experience within an architecture firm
Strong Revit skills required
Experience producing construction documents
Understanding of drafting standards and architectural detailing
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

CAD experience preferred
Familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape preferred
Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

Produce accurate Revit models and construction documents
Support project teams with drafting, modeling, and technical documentation
Assist with BIM coordination and file setup
Maintain Revit standards, templates, and documentation consistency
Coordinate technical details across disciplines
Support project teams by troubleshooting issues and improving efficiency
Assist with Revit content libraries and family creation
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Designers to ensure projects move smoothly
