Requirements

Bachelor's or higher in Architecture from a NCARB accredited university.
6-11 years of work experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of current Florida construction materials and methods.
Comprehensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and the permitting process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization, detail-oriented, and self-motivation skills.
Excellent team skills and abilities to collaborate with staff, consultants, and others.
REVIT experience required.
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe) experience required.
U.S. work authorization card to be employed at our firm.

Nice To Haves

Hand sketching of ideas and concepts is a plus.
Bluebeam - optional.

Responsibilities

Assist team with preparation of drawings through SD, DD, and CD phases.
Maintaining and coordinating with consultants as per project.
Maintaining all project drawings, specifications, and consultant's work.
Research and ensure compliance of design with Florida Building Code and other codes.
Maintain office standards and quality control protocols.
