Architectural Project Manager
About The Position
This role is for an Architectural Project Manager with experience in K-12 and Higher Education and/or Healthcare market sectors. The position requires proficiency in current Document Technologies, strong team leadership, and excellent communication skills with staff, clients, and contractors. The candidate must understand contracts and typical billing procedures, possess onsite construction field experience, and have a strong understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems. A solid knowledge of Texas building codes, ADA codes, and other applicable federal and industry standard guidelines is also necessary.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in K-12 and Higher Education and/or Healthcare market sectors.
- Proficiency in current Document Technologies.
- Team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication with staff, clients, and contractors.
- Understanding of contracts and typical billing procedures.
- Onsite construction field experience.
