About The Position

With studios in Irvine, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Honolulu, TCA is recognized for its expertise in master planning and design for various multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to collaborate with our Studio Director (SD) to lead a project team through schematic design, production of contract documents, and construction administration. The PM will also work with designers, other project teams, and the internal Quality Control team to ensure efficient delivery of the project's design intent. Key tasks include overseeing contract documents, redlining drawings and specifications, monitoring budgets and billings, preparing additional service requests, coordinating consultants, and mentoring the documentation team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager working on multi-family projects required.
  • Excellent experience of Type 1 & 5 construction.
  • Knowledge of Revit required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction administration experience preferred.
  • California licensed Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct a project team in the schematic design process, throughout the production of contract documents, and into construction administration.
  • Collaborate with designers and other project teams.
  • Collaborate with the internal Quality Control team.
  • Oversight of the complete contract documents.
  • Redlining drawings and specifications.
  • Monitoring of budgets and billings.
