This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering architectural projects from inception through completion—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, invoiced promptly, and successfully collected. As a key liaison between clients and project teams, the Project Manager ensures project success through leadership, coordination, financial management, and proactive communication. This individual manages multiple projects simultaneously and plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.
