Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of US architectural project experience with experience in mid-rise wood construction.
- Self-driven – you don’t wait to be asked.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Understand, plan, track, and deliver projects with a clear grasp of client requirements, proposals, contracts, and scope.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and other authorities to support project progression and community impact.
- Coordinate with consultants and review/redline drawings for quality assurance at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%).
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
- Identify potential risks early and develop strategic solutions.
- Tackle complex technical and design challenges with depth of knowledge and strategic insight.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and schedules.
- Uphold DC Standards, brand submittal guidelines, building codes, and zoning regulations.
