About The Position
JAQUE is a luxury design firm specializing in high-end residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial environments across Arizona and select markets nationwide. The firm focuses on interior architecture, technical coordination, and project execution within a collaborative, design-driven environment. They are expanding their technical architecture team and seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support construction documentation, technical drafting, project coordination, and drawing production for multiple projects. This role is primarily focused on interior architecture and technical project documentation associated with interior project scopes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, construction documentation, or related technical roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD preferred.
- Experience with BIM, D5, Lumion, rendering, or visualization workflows preferred.
- Experience with residential, hospitality, retail, and/or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active projects effectively.
- Understanding of construction documentation and consultant coordination workflows.
Responsibilities
- Produce and update construction documents and drawing sets.
- Implement architectural redlines and drawing revisions.
- Assist in preparing permit, pricing, and construction drawing sets.
- Maintain drawing organization, accuracy, and consistency.
- Support technical detailing, coordination, and documentation workflows.
- Coordinate consultant drawings, backgrounds, and technical information.
- Assist with technical coordination and documentation updates.
- Help track revisions, updates, and project deliverables.
- Support permitting documentation and technical organization.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or coordination gaps proactively.
- Support project modeling, visualization, and presentation workflows as needed.
- Work within Revit, AutoCAD, D5, Lumion, and related software platforms.
- Assist with maintaining organized digital project files and drawing systems.
- Maintain organized project files, models, and documentation.
- Help maintain internal drafting and documentation standards.
- Support communication and coordination between teams.
- Help keep projects moving efficiently across multiple active deadlines.
