About The Position

Fox Cities Builders is seeking an Architectural Drafter to help take agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects from concept through construction across Wisconsin. The role combines creative design and technical drafting, transforming concepts, sketches, and customer ideas into detailed, build-ready architectural and fabrication plans. The drafter will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, project managers, sales professionals, builders, and designers, ensuring designs meet applicable building codes, project requirements, and construction standards. The position offers opportunities to grow skills and take on additional responsibilities while contributing to projects that become real buildings.

Requirements

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building design and construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software.
