About The Position

Cleveland, Ohio engineering firm is seeking to hire an experienced Architectural Designer / Architect with AutoCAD and Revit CAD proficiency to create and detail technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit. The role involves ensuring compliance with building codes, coordinating with engineers and project management through detailed documentation, problem-solving, and effective communication. Candidates will work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to refine designs, resolve technical challenges, and identify potential design conflicts before construction. The position requires verifying that designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor Degree in design or architectural related field.
Strong understanding of architectural design.
Expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit CAD.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
