About The Position

The Revit Architectural Drafter is primarily responsible for producing residential construction blueprints for both new and existing plans, elevations, and options. This role involves creating and documenting blueprints to meet daily deadlines, analyzing and submitting drawings, and producing Bills of Materials for material takeoffs. The drafter will also liaise with the Estimating Department to ensure alignment of estimating and production best practices and revise blueprints to reflect plan revisions and monthly changes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Requires at least 2 years of drafting experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including advanced knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred
• AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and VisionRez a plus.

Responsibilities
