About The Position

In this role, you'll create and update detailed architectural drawings and documents, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. As a key player in our team, you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to gather the necessary information for accurate documentation. Requirements

  • 5-6 years of previous experience in architectural documentation or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Computer: RAM: 8GB HDD/SDD: 512 GB CPU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest)
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro
  • Power Backup: Power station, Powerbank, UPS, and etc.
  • Extra Display: Secondary/External Monitor
  • Audio & Video: Noise-Cancelling Headset + Web Cam
  • Internet Speed: 40-50 Mbps minimum bandwidth speed for both Download and Uploads.
  • BiR as you are a contractor (Required to submit any contributions required by the government.)
  • NBI or Police Clearance
  • Any Government-issued ID
