About The Position
Seeking an Architectural Designer for a leading Civil / Architectural Firm in the Bridgeport, WV area. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.) required.
- 1–3 years in an architecture/engineering firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in Lumion or similar 3D visualization software is required.
- A blend of creative flair and technical discipline.
- Must be comfortable presenting to a client and working with spreadsheets of quantities.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
Nice To Haves
- Master's (M.Arch.) is a major plus.
- Understanding the rhythm of a professional studio.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Revit and Lumion to transform stakeholder concepts into vivid 3D models and functional architectural plans.
- Orchestrate the production of high-quality construction documents (CDs) and interior design specifications.
- Navigate building systems and local codes to ensure every project is safe, compliant, and sustainable.
- Partner with engineers to refine design calculations, review technical specs, and finalize design estimates.
