About The Position

Passero Associates is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing Architecture team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the aviation, institutional, commercial, municipal, and multi-family residential markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated design professional who is passionate about architecture, enjoys collaborating in a team environment, and is eager to contribute to projects from concept through construction.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program, or currently pursuing a degree.
2-5+ years of experience in architectural drafting, design, and construction document production.
Proficiency in Revit
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for occasional site visits.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar rendering and visualization software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, design, and production of architectural projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit.
Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation.
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction phase support activities.
Assist with rendering, presentation materials, and design visualization efforts.
Contribute to maintaining project quality, schedules, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members in a positive and professional work environment.
