About The Position

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking an Architectural Designer who will work in our Wellness Studio in our Charlotte, NC office. You’ll be working in our dedicated Wellness studio with other professionals dedicated to Wellness projects. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You’ll have direct access to your client on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of one year of professional, post-graduate experience in the architecture & design industry.
  • Solid design and production skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment working on Retail projects.
  • Revit skills required.
  • Self-motivation and collaborative mindset with a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.

Nice To Haves

  • AutoCAD preferred.
  • Other rendering programs a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines for clients.
  • Work with prototypical design elements in a creative fashion.
  • Work with and coordinate consulting partners and many moving parts to deliver a solid, final product.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams of landscape architects, architects and engineers.
  • Steward the entire project journey from concept through construction administration.
  • Lead with autonomy, trusted to guide teams, make decisions, and shape project outcomes.
  • Enjoy variety each day in planning, designing, coordinating, problem-solving, and inspiring.
