About The Position
TCA Architects specializes in the design of high density multi-family housing, mixed-use and hospitality developments, taking pride in shaping quality environments for people and neighborhoods. The firm's collaborative approach results in award-winning, sustainable projects that respect communities and the environment. TCA is looking for an Intermediate Designer who is passionate about design and takes pride in finding unique solutions to sometimes difficult urban sites. This individual is part of a team and able to use their design skills to turn ideas into reality. The ideal candidate has the high level skills with SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite to quickly generate concept sketches for multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use design in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate is also able to express design thinking clearly and concisely to firm leaders, colleagues, and clients.
Requirements
- Strong design and form-giving skills required, including extensive experience in designing exterior elevations.
- 2-3 years in multi-family design.
- Proficient in Sketch-Up, Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
- Bachelors in Architecture required.

- Ideally started on the path to licensure.
