About The Position

PRIME AE Group, Inc. seeks an Architectural Designer in Baltimore, MD. This role supports architectural and engineering teams in delivering thoughtful, functional, and innovative design solutions. The designer will contribute to project development from conceptual design through construction documentation, gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of licensed professionals. The focus will be on projects in various sectors including Large Commercial / Public Sector, Federal/Dept of Defense / military, Community/Municipal projects, Education, Justice, Residential, Workplace, Hospitality, Healthcare, Historic Restoration, and Churches. The position involves performing routine design assignments with increasing responsibility under the direction of a project manager or architect, working closely with senior designers to develop and implement design solutions into construction documents, and supporting project teams throughout all project phases. The role also supports professional registration and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 3 years of experience
• 1 year of experience in Revit Proficiency
• 3 years of experience in all phases of project design
• 3 years of experience in all phases of construction documentation
• 3 years of experience in construction materials
• Authority to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support architectural and engineering teams in delivering thoughtful, functional, and innovative design solutions.
• Contribute to project development from conceptual design through construction documentation.
• Perform a variety of routine design assignments with increasing responsibility under the direction of a project manager or architect.
• Work closely with senior designers to develop design solutions and implement them into drafted construction documents.
• Support and assist project teams in the development of a project’s design, documentation, and administration during all phases of the project.
• Work towards professional registration and career growth.
