About The Position

BSA is seeking a passionate and talented Registered Architect (or someone actively pursuing licensure) to join our dynamic Houston team, recently recognized by Zweig Group as one of the Best Firms To Work For, where your designs will contribute to creating environments that foster healing, learning, and discovery. At BSA, we are looking for a talented Architect to collaborate with a dynamic team on impactful projects within the Healing, Learning, or Discovery markets. In this role, you'll manage project scope, budget, and schedules, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases while leading the design and planning process. You'll be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions to clients, coordinating efforts across disciplines to refine design processes. Mentoring team members for their professional growth and contributing to key project documentation are core aspects of the role. Through participation in project debriefs and lessons learned sessions, you'll play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and shaping meaningful spaces. Requirements

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Professional Licensure in Architecture (or on the pathway to becoming Registered)
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot
  • Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Large Language Models (LLM's)
  • Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam
  • Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools

Nice To Haves

  • NCARB certificate preferred
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
  • Experience working on healthcare and/or higher education projects preferred

Responsibilities
