We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our Bridgeport, WV office. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture and eager to grow and lead a team of professionals. Requirements

  • NCARB Registered Architect required
  • Minimum 5 years of related architectural experience
  • Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction
  • Proficiency managing client, owner, and contractor relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Periodic travel to project sites required
  • Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Revit a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project design team across all phases of design
  • Prepare original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications
  • Review architectural documents for conflicts across all disciplines
  • Coordinate and integrate architectural design work with other engineering disciplines
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate, select, and implement design techniques appropriate to each project
