About The Position

Corgan is recruiting an Architect to join its Data Centers team. The role works alongside a collaborative team on projects across the full project lifecycle, contributing design solutions, construction documentation, and contract administration. The position is full-time and on-site at the assigned office Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with reliable attendance required. The salary range shown applies only to Los Angeles locations: $69,000–$117,000 annually. Requirements

• Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Professional registration or anticipation of registration.
• At least 4 years of experience; commercial architecture experience is preferred.
• Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and coordinating consultants.
• Strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing.
• Familiarity with coordinating project deliverables and clients.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment.
• Confident presentation ability.
• Full-time on-site attendance at the assigned office Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Revit proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Experience with other 3D software is a plus.
• Commercial architecture experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on full life-cycle projects.
• Generate creative design solutions within project parameters.
• Translate concepts and information into images.
• Participate in developing and completing usable construction-document detailing solutions.
• Assist with contract administration responsibilities.
• Coordinate with a variety of consultants.
