About The Position

TRC Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join their growing parking discipline practice on the East Coast. This role will involve designing and developing innovative and functional architectural projects that align with client needs. The architect will lead architectural deliverables, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and production. Collaboration with engineers and other professionals is key to ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. The position also includes construction administration activities such as responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and creating punch lists. This position will require travel to various client meetings and events, potentially including overnight stays, and will cover projects in the north and southeastern parts of the country. The role can be based in locations such as Philadelphia, Nashville, Atlanta, or other major cities within this territory.

Requirements

  • Licensed Architect (RA) with professional architecture degree from an accredited program
  • 10+ years of experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
  • Proficiency using REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, static and immersive visualization tools, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
