About The Position
Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect/Project Manager to their San Jose team!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience
- Registration/License
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- LEED accreditation preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements
- Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule
- Assist/lead some project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget
- Complete projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets
- Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members
- Monitor quality of construction documents
- Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counsel when needed
- Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations
- Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews
