About The Position

This role is for an Architect/Lead Consultant specializing in Global Trade Management (GTM). The position requires extensive experience in end-to-end GTM implementations and techno-functional expertise on GTM applications, including a functional understanding of country-specific trade processes. The consultant will manage project accounts, interact with clients and stakeholders, and handle project deliveries, updates, and change requests. Responsibilities include configuring GTM modules, understanding customs processes, and managing various GTM functionalities such as Trade Compliance Management, Screening, License Management, Declaration, Custom filing, Trade Agreements, and Trade Incentive Programs. The role also involves business process automation, configuration, administration, and the creation of various system components. Additionally, the consultant will manage GTM quarterly upgrades, integrations with other modules (EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP) using integration layers (OIC/Boomi/Mule soft/SOA), and will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, creating functional specifications, providing logic to the technical team, preparing test data, conducting testing (internal and UAT), go-live support, and documentation.

Requirements

GTM with 15-25 years of Experience
Functional understanding of countries specific trade process
Basic understanding of OTM
Understanding of Customs process/ FTZ/ Duty drawback process
Well versed with GTM modules: Trade Compliance Management & Screening process, License Management, Declaration, Custom filing process, Trade Agreement, Trade Incentive Program Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration
Experience with Agent, Saved Queries, action checks, Custom Actions, Screen sets, Manager layouts, Workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets)
Experience with Project migration, Account Policy, User Roles and Business Monitor
Experience managing GTM Quarterly Upgrades
Experience with integration using integration layer Like OIC/Boomi/Mule soft/SOA etc.
Experience in gathering Customer Requirement, Understand Supply Chain Business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentations.

Well versed with PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher XML, MS-Office

Responsibilities

Experience of end-to-end GTM implementations (at least 3 projects)
Manage Project account with techno-functional expertise on GTM Application
