About The Position
Sandy Harbor Cafe is looking for an Arcade Café Cook to join their team. This is a seasonal position through Labor Day. The ideal candidate loves cooking, fast-paced kitchens, and making people smile. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality food while ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, cleanly, and safely. Responsibilities span various stations including grills, fryers, and sandwich preparation.

Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious food orders to company standards
- Keeping ingredients stocked, rotated, and organized
- Maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen areas
- Helping manage inventory and receiving deliveries
- Following food safety procedures and operational checklists
- Training and supporting new teammates
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations at the end of each shift
- Assisting with opening & closing kitchen routines
- Working closely with supervisors and teammates for smooth service
- Delivering great guest service with a positive attitude
