About The Position
We’re building a seasonal labor pool to support for our outdoor harvesting. This role is perfect if your looking for short, paid work sessions in a dynamic outdoor environment. Workers may be invited back for up to three 2–3 week work cycles during the summer and fall, depending on availability and operational needs. The work sessions will take place from September to October.
Requirements
- College students or seasonal workers seeking short-term employment
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physical role
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Must be 21+ and able to obtain required badging (we allow time to prepare)
Responsibilities
- Assist with field and grow operations during peak periods.
- Help with plant maintenance, and harvest support.
- Work as part of an energetic, team-oriented crew.
- Learn firsthand about modern agricultural operations.
