About The Position

RPM Raceway is developing one of the most exciting competitive social experiences in the USA. RPM venues offer multi-level high speed go-kart racing, immersive gaming arenas and immersive attractions, and premium food & beverage programs. Every RPM Raceway venue welcomes friends, family and colleagues to engage in friendly competition and create memories filled with celebration and connection. The Arcade Technician will install and maintain equipment in designated locations safely and courteously and in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is a must.
  • Climbing a 10' ladder is no sweat for you.
  • You can work comfortably in tight areas.
  • You can handle lifting and moving game equipment (don't worry, we have tools to help!).

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage is ideal.
  • Amusement or vending experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You're comfortable with tools and can handle repairs.
  • Computer and paperwork skills are a bonus.
  • You prioritize a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Installs new and used Arcade/Vending/VR equipment on site.
  • Troubleshoots computers to the modular level.
  • Uses diagnostic tools (multi-meter) to determine repair plans.
  • Handles all aspects of repairs and installations.
  • Maintains tools and equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions.
  • Tests functionality and performance following installations.
  • Is responsible for the overall cleanliness of arcade.
  • Trains game attendants properly.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair all our exciting arcade and vending equipment.
  • Use your skills to diagnose problems, identify solutions, and keep the games running smoothly.
  • Ensure our tools and equipment are always in peak condition.
  • Uphold safety regulations and industry standards to keep everyone safe.
