About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Arab Speaking Player Support Specialist for a Riot Games Account position in Bulgaria. This role involves serving as a frontline ambassador for Riot Games, delivering exceptional player support to Arab-speaking communities and ensuring an unparalleled gaming experience. Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic language proficiency (both spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment eligibility).
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level for internal collaboration, training, and operational purposes.
• Ability to work in a structured, on-site team environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required by operational needs.

Nice To Haves

• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with the Gaming & Esports landscape, particularly with Riot Games titles.
• Previous experience in customer support, player support, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience within the gaming industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic player support to Arabic-speaking Riot Games players via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Investigate and resolve in-game issues including account access problems, billing queries, technical difficulties, and gameplay-related concerns specific to Riot Games titles.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Riot Games' products, policies, and community guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive player cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Actively contribute to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment by identifying and reporting patterns of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and quality assurance specialists to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and continuously improve support quality.
• Document player interactions accurately within CRM and support platforms, contributing to knowledge base articles and internal FAQs.
• Participate in regular team briefings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
