About The Position

Provider Management – Professional Search is seeking an experienced Account Receivable Consultant to support a 5 to 6-location region of Business Office Managers at Post-Acute Care Centers. This role will focus on supporting the decentralized revenue cycle process, including in-house billing functions. The consultant will serve as a trainer and resource to SNF Business Office Managers (BOMs), ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely billing across all care centers. Key responsibilities include standardizing AR workflows and best practices within the region and addressing aging receivables through regular analysis and action plans. This position requires travel within Orange and Los Angeles Counties and offers a balance of on-site and remote activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Account Receivable consulting.
• Experience supporting Business Office Managers in Post-Acute Care Centers.
• Proficiency in performing billing functions.
• Understanding of decentralized revenue cycle processes.
• Ability to train and serve as a resource.
• Knowledge of compliant, accurate, and timely billing practices.
• Skill in standardizing workflows and best practices.
• Experience in analyzing aging receivables and developing action plans.
