About The Position

FOSS Swim School is opening a new location in Parker, CO in August 2026 and is seeking Supervisor applicants to begin the interview process in late May. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a grand opening team, making a meaningful impact by teaching lifelong swim skills, confidence, and water safety. FOSS emphasizes that your work and you make a positive difference. The company provides structured, cohort-based training focused on their Swim Path Curriculum to ensure new hires are set up for success. This training builds teaching skills and team connection, requiring consistent attendance. Requirements

  • Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification within the first 90 days of employment, be required to adhere to American Red Cross standards outlined in the certification requirements and maintain an active certificate throughout tenure in the role.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to participate in organizational, employee or community engagement events as necessary.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, possess a high degree of personal integrity and sound judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in water and demonstrate the physical movements necessary to teach the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
  • Work in an indoor pool facility that will be warm and humid with water temperatures up to 91 degrees.
  • Ability to work in areas exposed to noise, chemicals, and industrial equipment and supplies.
  • Speak with others, including children, using clear, professional, and age-appropriate language.
  • Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Mentally focus on tasks and apply sound reasoning and judgement.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one (1) year of employment with FOSS preferred, not required.
  • Experience in retail, health and fitness, restaurant, or other related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Non-Exempt employees during assigned shifts
  • Build trusted and effective relationships to advance an organizational culture that lives the FOSS purpose and values
  • Supervise certain personnel during assigned shifts
  • Support managers in set goals
  • Be a FOSS Brand Ambassador
  • Build relationships with customers to create loyalty and excitement for the FOSS brand, purpose, programming, and community
  • Uphold facility cleanliness standards
