About The Position

The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is seeking an Aquatics Masters Swim Coach for its year-round swim program. The coach must be available for all scheduled practices and meets and complete various trainings to qualify under USA Swimming. The role involves developing productive practice plans that improve swimmers’ skills while maintaining a safe, fun, and competitive atmosphere. Confident communication with swimmers and parents is important.

Requirements

• Availability for all scheduled practices and meets.
• Confident communication skills for dealing with swimmers and parents.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Complete various trainings required to qualify under USA Swimming.

• Previous swimming or coaching experience.
