About The Position

Columbia Association’s Aquatics Department is seeking an Aquatics Masters Coach for its year-round swim program. The coach must be available for all scheduled practices and meets and will complete various trainings to qualify under USA Swimming. The role involves creating productive practice plans that develop swimmers’ skills while maintaining a safe, fun, and competitive atmosphere. Confident communication with swimmers and parents is important. Previous swimming or coaching experience is desired. The starting pay rate is $21.00 per hour.
