About The Position

Charlotte Aquatics is seeking an outstanding leader to join their Leadership Team. This role involves mentoring staff, building relationships with families, and shaping the culture of the swim school. The manager will play an integral role in daily operations and long-term success by coaching and developing staff, supporting families, solving problems, and creating a positive environment for employees and customers.
