About The Position

Seasonal Summer 2026! Work, Play, Get Paid, and Enjoy the Perks! This role is responsible for ensuring guest safety at all aquatic facilities through vigilant supervision and ongoing practice of life-saving skills. It involves maintaining continuous zone coverage, rotating stations without breaking protection, and providing emergency care using Ellis & Associates training. The position also includes conducting daily checks on medical equipment, supporting guest services through clear communication and positive engagement, performing daily maintenance checks, and complying with all safety, security, and government regulations. Additionally, the role requires assisting with daily operations which may include laundry, phones, guest hospitality, beach setup, landscaping, basic maintenance, and working in varying weather conditions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety at all aquatic facilities through vigilant supervision and ongoing practice of life-saving skills.
• Maintain continuous zone coverage and rotate stations without breaking protection.
• Provide emergency care using Ellis & Associates training.
• Conduct daily checks on medical equipment (AEDs, trauma bags, O2 tanks, etc.) and ensure all equipment/facilities are functional and presentable.
• Support guest services through clear communication, community outreach, and positive engagement.
• Follow service recovery protocols to resolve guest concerns.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
• Comply with all safety, security, and government regulations.
• Report safety concerns to leadership.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Assist with daily operations, which may include laundry, phones, guest hospitality, beach setup, landscaping, basic maintenance, and working in varying weather conditions.
