We're looking for an Aquatics Experience Manager ready to dive in and lead an exceptional team that provides unforgettable in-water experiences. What You'll Do As an Aquatics Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of our Learn to Swim and Aquatics Programs, creating a safe, engaging, and growth-driven environment for Diventures customers and team. Your role includes: Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of swim teachers, deck managers, and lifeguards. Set the tone for excellence by leading by example, coaching, and providing ongoing feedback. Foster a fun and motivating team culture through events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Deliver an Unforgettable Aquatics Experience Ensure our customers receive high-touch, personalized service that keeps them coming back. Step in as needed as a Deck Manager, Lifeguard, or Swim Teacher to support the team and enhance the customer experience. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Drive Program Growth & Performance Work with leadership to set and achieve revenue and growth goals. Optimize class scheduling, instructor assignments, and student progress tracking. Develop relationships within the community to promote water safety and expand our impact. Maximize pool usage in collaboration with the Store Manager and Scuba Experience Manager. Maintain a Safe & Top-Notch Facility Stay up-to-date with pool industry safety and operational standards to ensure a well-run natatorium. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained space. Manage pool operations, certifications, and safety protocols in alignment with national standards. Be a Business Driver & Strategic Thinker Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies to grow the swim and aquatics program. Support revenue generation through retail sales of swim-related products. Use organizational systems (JackRabbit, DiveShop360, PayChex, SmartWaiver, etc.) to manage team operations effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in swim program management, aquatics instruction, or coaching.
  • Leadership background in recruiting, training, and coaching customer-focused teams.
  • Knowledge of pool operations, safety standards, and aquatics best practices (Certified Pool Operator preferred).
  • Sales and customer service experience with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email).
