Responsibilities also include reporting facility issues, performing chemical checks, cleaning procedures, maintaining pump room equipment, attending staff meetings, conducting audits, reporting injuries, maintaining a safe working environment, conducting employee evaluations, assisting with timekeeping, and adhering to Salvation Army policies and procedures. The role also involves recognizing spiritual needs and performing other assigned duties.
