About the role Now Hiring: Aquatic Fitness Instructor | Racine, WI HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Aquatic Fitness Instructor to make a splash on the team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin ! This is a great opportunity to lead fun, low‑impact workouts and help members stay active and healthy in the water. 🏊‍♀️ Teach up to 10 classes per week 🏊‍♂️ Work in a supportive, wellness‑focused environment If you love motivating others and bringing energy to the pool, we’d love to hear from you! Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members taking part in aquatic exercise classes.

Requirements

Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
