About The Position

Aquatic Control Inc. is seeking an Aquatic Biologist for its Truesdale, MO office. This role involves the application of EPA-registered aquatic herbicides and algaecides, installation and maintenance of aerators, fountains, and compressed air systems, conducting aquatic plant and fish surveys, writing vegetation management plans, and general maintenance of equipment. The position requires heavy field work from March through October and may involve speaking at pond clinics, trade shows, and public meetings. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in fisheries/aquatic science, agriculture, or a natural resources-related field
• Insurable Driving Record
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening & DOT Physical
• Comfortable Driving Truck & Boat Trailer Combination
• Basic mechanical ability
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment (physical labor required)
• Ability to work an average of 50-60 hours per week
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outboard motor operation

Responsibilities
