About The Position

The Cabana Host is responsible for the sales of cabanas. This role involves answering guest inquiries, managing cabana check-ins and waitlists, preparing and stocking cabanas, and performing opening and closing tasks. The Cabana Host will report to the Water Parks and Pool Operations Director.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication techniques
• Expert knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Proficient knowledge of sales

Responsibilities

• Manage all inquiries and sales of cabanas in an accurate and timely manner.
• Organize cabana booking reservations to ensure accurate billing.
• Manage booking application with all current reservations.
• Communicate with hotel guest and non-hotel guest by email and phone.
• Check in guest to their designated cabana.
• Attend weekly operation meetings.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure customer service.
• Deliver excellent guest service.
• Act as liaison to call center to assist with guest questions or challenges.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
