This role is for an experienced APRN Recruiter to lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment and scale the network of providers. The recruiter will manage the entire clinical hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. A key aspect of the role involves understanding the regulatory landscape of APRN practice across different states, including practice authority tiers, collaborative agreements, and prescriptive authority rules, to accurately assess candidate eligibility and timelines. The role requires comfort with change, resourcefulness, and proactivity in building a talent pipeline within a fast-moving startup environment.
