About The Position

Just Kids Pediatrics is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and energetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at our Bethany location. At JKP, we believe in providing exceptional care to our patients while giving our team the work-life balance they deserve. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on what matters most-the kids! We are a growing organization including Adult Primary Care and Orthopedic services in house for patients. Requirements

2+ years as a practicing NP/PA-C preferred
Active APRN, PNP, FNP, Master's in Nursing, or Physician Assistant certification/license
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), (PNP), Physician Assistant
Strong skills in patient assessment and pediatric care
Experience using EMR/EHR systems

Nice To Haves

Spanish is a PLUS!!! Given the large Spanish-speaking population in this area, having a bilingual provider would significantly improve communication and patient care by reducing language barriers.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and care for pediatric patients from routine check-ups to urgent care needs.
Dive into patient histories and give thorough check-ups.
Conduct exams, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients from well visits to urgent care needs.
Document in our EMR system.
Team up with our healthcare squad for top-quality patient care.
Handle emergencies, from sprains to significant injuries.
Prescribe treatments with confidence and care.
Educate and support families every step of the way.
