About The Position

Just Kids Pediatrics (JKP) is seeking an energetic, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at the Capitol Hill location. This role focuses on pediatric care, offering a flexible schedule with 3-4 days per week and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The position involves caring for pediatric patients from routine check-ups to urgent care needs, with comprehensive support from dedicated teams for administrative tasks. Requirements

• Compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Passion for pediatric care
• Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive examinations
• Diagnose and treat pediatric patients from well visits to acute and urgent care needs
• Fulfill the role as the patient's medical home
• Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR, with expanding AI-supported services
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical support teams
• Evaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans within your scope of practice
• Educate and support parents and caregivers
