About The Position

Just Kids Pediatrics (JKP) is seeking an energetic, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at the North location. This role focuses on pediatric care, offering a schedule designed for work-life balance with only 36 patient-facing hours per week, paid for 40. The position is a full-time, 3-year contract role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for additional shifts. Requirements

Compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for pediatric care
Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus

Responsibilities

Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive examinations
Diagnose and treat pediatric patients from well visits to acute and urgent care needs
Help fulfill our role as the patient's medical home
Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR, with expanding AI-supported services
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical support teams
Evaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and injuries
Prescribe medications and treatment plans within your scope of practice
Educate and support parents and caregivers every step of the way
