About The Position

Just Kids Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide pediatric care at its Tulsa Midtown location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role offers a flexible four-day work week with 32 patient-facing hours paid as 40 hours. Schedule options may include Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, plus two weekdays; weekday shifts may run 8 AM–5 PM, 11 AM–7 PM, or a combination based on clinic needs. Weekend scheduling is expected initially, with the possibility of moving off weekends as clinic needs allow; the posting says providers are generally asked to stay in their schedule for at least a year for continuity of care. The schedule is described as potentially lasting 18–24 months, but not necessarily permanently. This is a full-time position with a stated three-year contract. Compensation is listed as $105,000–$120,000+, based on experience, with additional shifts available for extra earnings. The organization welcomes new graduates and provides dedicated onboarding and training alongside Medical Directors and experienced Advanced Practice Providers. Providers are supported by teams handling prior authorizations, referrals, billing, medical records, triage, credentialing, and other administrative needs. The provider will care for pediatric patients across routine well-child visits and same-day sick and urgent-care needs, while helping fulfill the practice’s role as the patient’s medical home. The organization describes itself as family-owned and emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration, provider support, and work-life balance. Spanish bilingual ability is a significant plus.
